Job description :
Role : Lead Client Operations
• Oversee processes across geographies and handle large cross functional team to ensure seamless process delivery.
• Report in to COH and accountable for the assigned F&A towers – R2R and O2C.
• Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis;
• Develop and report relevant KPI’s for area of responsibility;
• Ensure that KPI’s are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;
• Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;
• Ensure sign off and oversight of all SLA discussions
• Support the transition team from a ramp up planning and design of operations reporting & offshore management procedures
• Provide constructive feedback, identify training & development needs of the team & conduct brain storming sessions to increase the knowledge of the team.
Experience and Qualification :
•University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
• Qualified accountant preferably with Masters Specialization
• 12-15 years of experience and good knowledge across R2R, O2C towers.
• Ability to lead a 120-150 F&A team consisting of highly skilled team members
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
• Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
• Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
• Desirable
– User Knowledge of ERP/ Key Financial Applications – SAP, Taulia, ABBYY, Blackline
– User Knowledge of Telecom Industry
