Salary : 45CTC Max Retail Store Manager:

Job Description 1. Should be well versed with all the products and their intrinsic qualities & benefits

2. Manage the staff and extract the best from them based on their capabilities, including hiring new members as and when requirement arises

3. Train the staff to attend to the customers, explain about products

4. Coordinate with the main branch and maintain adequate levels of inventory at the store.

5. Ordering with suppliers and follow up

6. Constantly think of In store marketing ideas with appropriate data and run it with management before implementation. Once a campaign is complete/significantly progressed show the data to the management to check for further continuation

7. Prepare reports to send to the accounts team and the management

8. Keeping track of the stores(facility upgrades and management)

9. Creatively provide ideas to set-up stalls to improve visibility and generate sales

10. Constantly look for opportunities to increase sales including setting up stalls at communities

11. Look at ways to reduce operating costs and reduce wastage

12. Should set individual targets to the staff in order to appropriately reward them and this process can be transparent.
